I have told off a few manufacturers / retailers / and only shop the catalogues for FRESH / FROZEN vegetables, cheap meats in bulk and nutritional food in long term storage (good canned food).
ALL the Australian retailers sell almost NOTHING but SHIT to eat......
Full of SUGAR or it's all flour based products - starch breaks straight down to glucose in the stomach... 500 grams of bread minus 100 grams of water basically equals 400 grams of glucose...
Bread, potatoes etc., are basically flavourless mars bars.

Aldi in Australia - have some junk food and sugary drinks, but a HUGE proportion of their stock is FOOD too EAT. You know fruit, vegetables and meat.
