MOST physical stores will no longer accept cash, specially not checks...
cashiers checks are still good as far as i know, but who knows how much longer that will last...
btw, smaller companies are bullied into not accepting cash by insurances by fiat of raised rates...
sadly most of the business' owners are willing to go along with this nonsense.
Yep in small towns when the power / internet / cellular network goes out - everything stops.....
Multiply this by half the towns in a state going out - Pfffffff - floods, fires, network crashes etc..
All over.
