I dunno.... he is showing how he likes to do it.... Curried Sausages - there is a million ways to cook this... There are better curries - that are not 80% rice flour... and stronger / hotter / better tasting by fucking miles.... there are a heap of different types of sausages.... more onion, less onion, no onion etc... add it to rice, mashed potatoes, what ever.... Mashed pumpkin etc... Make curried sausage sandwiches... nice and thick and hot or cold... with or without butter.... Make 3 slice sandwiches, curried sausages in the first layer, mashed potatoes in the second layer... For sure add cheese, sour cream, and chives.... This basically is a family meal for those of limited means... Basic, Tasty and Filling.
