AUSSIE CURRIED Sausages and Mashed Potatoes - Made Like an Aussie Nan Would

A recipe for Curried Sausages?
I didn't know there was "a recipie".
There are a million and one ways to make this - basically sausages and curry and whatever else you can add - more or less.
Left Overs, fresh vegetables, with and without mashed potatoes, and there are a HEAP of different sausages and curries...

This is however, a fantastic dish.
