At least 16 dead in blasts at Pakistan counterterrorism office

A pair of blasts at a counterterrorism facility in Kabal, northwest Pakistan has left at least 16 dead and 60 more wounded. And while the cause of the blasts is still being investigated, we hear from local residents who shared their eyewitness testimony.
