ASEAN chief on Russia ties, US tariffs and Hormuz energy crisis

ASEAN Secretary General Dr. Kao Kim Hourn discusses cooperation with Russia despite Western sanctions, Southeast Asia’s response to US tariffs and the energy pressures exposed by the Strait of Hormuz crisis.
