Why is it "UNFORTUNATE" that remembering this stuff makes you OLD? Bollocks! lol! you wandt to see REALLY old just look at any Gen Z teenager. We can run rings round them in every way possible, they are not called the LOST generation for nothing. but id they don't want to be mentored or learn to be self sufficient and need that bitch of a single mother to feminize them, that's their problem I guess? lol!

I'll tell you how old I am. I remember my first Train Set I shared with my brother, it was by Tri-ang and was clockwork, as I became a teem I remember the first computer game in the pub, that Ping Pong thing that bleeped when you scored. i still believe my Dad bought the train Set for himself? lol! Whatever happened to the "Annual", that yearly summary of your favorite comic's and stuff, I had the 1966 "Sooty" annual based on the TV Sooty Show! lol! oh and an Enid Blyton "Noddy" Annual. what other shit did I have?................Scalectrix, well the Airfix version I though was actually better. Airfix Model kit's i9n a clear plastic bag starting at about two shillings or "10p" each and they sometimes came with a little blister of glue. God the list goes on, Corgi toys, Dinky Toys, Matchbox Toy's Budgie, Spot On, (they were beyond my pocket money limit though. Action Man or GI Joe in America. Mattel and Major Matt Mason the space man guy. Woolworth selling cheap plastic toys for pennies? great day's

Yep! I'm old I guess. I* remember the CAPS for the toy guns and those rocket things. when I was about seven I pulled the tissue lay off of a roll and it exploded in my hand. I remeber the plastic infantry soldiers as well, you can still get them in Pound or Dollar shop's lol! Who remebers the little soldiers with the cap trigger in their feet and the parachute you would throw in the air and the cap went off when it landed? Assuming the bloody thing opened anyways! lol! I guess they were based on the large one's the allies used in WW2 along with anothe tin toy that was called a "Cricket" that when you sweazed it it would click like a crickets legs, another WW2 idea from the same period. Used to get this stuff with some Sherbet and a few sweets in what was called a "Jamboree Bag". I dred to think what modern kids will have to remember about their childhood, a draw full of obsolete cell phones and game boys I guess? lol? We were very fortunate in many very small way's I guess? Great day's!

The smell of burnt caps, the rocket dart loaded, an enthusiastic throw, the burst and utter shock of an unaware victim, no big brother or woke Marxist to interrupt, a former time of common sense and freedom….Auslander Raus
