What format did you encode this video AT to get a straight image AND an audio track AND a small file size - kind of like an MP3 with a tagged in image of an album cover?
@brownzombie: I am trying to figure out how to get 360 Meg of m4a (like mp3 with an album cover as a tag) into an mp4, without it blowing out to 6.2 Gig, so I can upload it to make a similar product as this. The secret is in the conversion, and side loading as an mp3 via other sites etc., is not an option.
