At my Divorce hearing my then to be Ex came up with so many lie's and falsehood's the Judge stopped her in her tracks, told her she was unstable and gave me the divorce and rights to my child we had. This was way back in the 80's as well before Family Court. I had lost my job because of her and so the CSA (Child support Agency) rendered me as unable to pay support so SHE got nothing. With hind sight and my so called Daughter grown up now she doesn't contact me and I do wonder if she was never my child at all. with hindsight I do have my doubts now. BUT it didn't cost me anything, I gave the child everything when I collected her, we laughed a lot, did silly and funny things together and I have some lovely memories of that little girl I will always remember, BUT if she turned up today I would instantly reject her as the bond is long time broken. I am to this day fully aware of the close escape I thankfully had, and I would never ever fall for that shit again. No Child support, no alimony, boy was I lucky!About 2 months later after my divorce the No fault thing and family court started up, scarily close call for me! lol!
