They get stop for anything and escalate it to being taken to jail.....they are suppose to be real smart so they tell us but I have never seen it yet

i always feel sort of bad for femons or anyone that was brought up to believe that they are "special". so "special " in fact that they are immune from arrest no matter what they did.
