Dr. Charles Hoffe, a family doctor and former ER doctor who has practised in Lytton, British Columbia since 1993, testifies about his experience before and after the COVID vaccine rollout. He describes preparing his emergency room for a surge of critically ill patients, and instead seeing the quietest ER of his career and, he says, no COVID patients requiring care in his town for the first 18 months.

After Moderna reached his patients, he describes neurological injuries: burning and shooting nerve pain, weakness, sensitivity to light and sound, and cranial nerve palsies, including a 38-year-old with five. Hoffe says three major hospitals would not assess patients once he said vaccine injury, that a neurologist gave five-month appointments, and that a provincial vaccine safety specialist told him not to say it was a vaccine injury to get patients seen. He describes being reprimanded for flagging safety signals, writing an open letter to BC's provincial health officer about his first 900 patients, and filing 14 injury reports that were all rejected as coincidences.

The College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, he says, warned all doctors about misinformation and charged him, then dropped the charges after he assembled eight expert witnesses. He cites the Cleveland Clinic study on boosters and COVID infections, argues doctors are trained not to criticize vaccines, blames Health Canada and calls for removing industry funding and protecting free speech, and answers MPs' questions.
