Deanna McLeod, a researcher who runs an independent evidence-review firm, is recalled after running out of time on Day 3 and has about 13 minutes to continue her presentation. She shows Ontario OHIP billing data covering 16 million people and hospital data that she says show increases after the mRNA rollout in Bell's palsy, a 13% increase in hospital care for pulmonary embolism, and increases of about 87% and 76% in two myocarditis hospital codes. She argues these records are more reliable than the passive Canadian surveillance system.

She then lays out a timeline of myocarditis evidence, arguing the products were approved on two months of randomized data through emergency rolling reviews, that the six-month Pfizer trial had nine cardiovascular deaths in the treatment group against five in placebo, and that a properly designed study came two and a half years later. McLeod presents cancer trend data she says she shared with the US President's Cancer Panel, including rises in breast and uterine cancer in younger women and in metastatic cancers at presentation in US registry data, and argues mRNA products were classified as vaccines rather than gene therapies, lowering safety testing. She closes by criticizing how projections and public health orders drove the emergency response.

This is her second appearance. Her first appearance is at https://youtu.be/KoSyUDkQjUo.

Recorded at the Allison Inquiry, Day 4, September 11th, 2026.
