It's a multi anime franchise based on a novel series. The main series is called A Certain Magical Index and follows a guy named Touma Kamijou with the power to cancel out other super powers living in a city full of people with esp superpowers called Academy City who becomes the caretaker of a nun with a photographic memory named Index. It had 6 spinoff series so far but only the 1st 2 of the spinoffs have anime adaptions. A Certain Scientific Railgun is the 1st spinoff and it focusses on the character Mikoto Misaka who is the 3rd strongest esper in Academy City with an electromagnetic superpower called Railgun. The 2nd spinoff is called A Certain Scientific Accelerator and it focuses on Accelerator who is the strongest esper in Academy City and a former serial killer. The 3rd spinoff is called A Certain Scientific Astral Buddy which focuses on the characterJunko Hokaze who is being stalked by a ghost girl and it doesn't have an anime yet. The 4th spinoff is called A Certain Scientific Dark Matter and it focuses on Teitoku Kakine who is the 2nd strongest esper in Academy City and the leader of the evil organization SCHOOL, the 5th spinoff is called A Certain Scientific Mental Out and it focuses on Misaki Shokuhou who has the esp power Mental Out which gives her the ability to mind control people, read people's minds, and alter memories. She is the 5th strongest esper in Academy City the 6th and most recent spinoff is called A Certain Dark Side ITEM and it focuses on the mercenary organization ITEM(of which the character in this video Kinuhata Saiai is a member). ITEM is led by the 4th strongest esper in Academy City Mugino Shizuri. Sorry for the long reply
