Russia is seeking the extradition of current and former ICC presidents and several judges after Moscow convicted nine court officials over what it calls the unlawful persecution of Russian citizens.

Nigerian investigative journalist David Hundeyin examines the ICC’s record in Africa. He says Africans make up more than 90% of those prosecuted by the court and argues that this imbalance undermines its claim to deliver international justice.
