How are you giving them bad advice right after telling them they dodged bad advice?
Unions are crab-buckets. That's why nobody is taking them up on training offers. How do I know? I've met union tradies, I know their personalities. They've never seen a back they didn't want to stab.
Military? Is this a fucking joke? They just force-vaxxed everyone a few years ago. The last thing anyone needs to consider is literal indentured servitude.
