@sbseed: I rescued a partcularly brilliant recording - from an obselete format, and reformatted and compiled all the tracks off two DVD's, and made it into a single recording with a single introduction, and it's now available in MP3 and MP4..... Goes for about 27 hours.... It was worth saving...

@sbseed: It was originally in *.m4a - which means there is basically NOTHING left on the planet that uses or can play that format.... AND it was about to become extinct for ever - but it was so well done that like him or not, the quality of the recording AND the supplimentary explainations through out,, it mean that it was historically a priceless artifact.... so I rescued it.... and made it all into ONE solid non stop single track that could be played in the MP3 format, OR in the MP4 format... Two versions... AND while some people think it's good to have 2 DVD's of data in 24 tracks in total, it's actually better to have a SINGLE track for achival purposes, this way nothing gets lost - when shuttling it around the internet... into and out of archives and when being saved / backed up etc.. I figure that if people want to stop it, they can write down 12 hours 45 minutes... or pause it... and then resume from that point later on.... And there are several translations - the OLD English one - James Murpy and then the Ford Translation - which appears to be true and authentic.
