Thank you! This helped me better appreciate those in my past who gave me those rare wins, and also better understand my older son’s situation. He’s gotten a few wins under his belt and doing better. Again, thanks.

A man can only take so much failure/suffering. At some point you have to be realistic and come to terms yiu have been bested or do not have any talent.

"If you habe to try, then don't do it."
- Charles Bukowski

*perhaps I lifted this line out of his writing and took itnout of context; I still think there is a dark truth, within this line.

All truths are dark. There is no such thing as an "intellectual dark web." If it makes you feel good, it's a lie.

Chaos is better than stasis. If you are not happy with your life destroy everything and start anew.

@InfiniteMushroom: The stasis you speak of is regeneration and recovery. It is well and good. However when you are stuck in a mudpit of shit you litteraly have nothing to lose. At that point if BLM or a hurricane come to wreck everything it can litteraly be the very best thing that could have possibly happened to you. Do not fear chaos for it is life. Yes you can lose but you can win back afterward. It's okay.

@InfiniteMushroom: Also I have been in such a situation in my personal life before where I was stuck and had nowhere to go but down. At that point I tasted chaos, embraced it and let it devour me. What do you have to lose? Nothing. What do you have to gain? Everything. Let the galaxy burn.

@InfiniteMushroom: I agree with you. Chaos is a force to be respected and dealt with carefully. Otherwise you’ll end up as a gibbering and deformed chaos spawn. Personally I see it as a river flowing into the human mind. Those who worship stability will try to build dams to block the river only to be flooded by it. (Imperium) Those who see chaos as a candy jar will drown in it and be carried away by the flow. (99% of cultists) Those who understand chaos partially with will build boats and use it at their advantage with more or less success. (Khorne berserkers, Noise marines, Plague Marines and Thousand sons). Those who know and acknowledge it’s existence will build bridges above the river to cross it safely. (Me)

Great video. This is effectively the zoomer version of the old nag "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger." Of all bullshit phrases I grew up with, and there were a ton, this was always one of the most perplexing to me. I think it's really just a nice way of saying "No one cares about your problems and suffering. Deal with it yourself or die."

@InfiniteMushroom: That's the whole point. There's nothing people hate more than thinking. They'll latch onto whatever makes them look good and others look bad. It's just what we human beings do.
