Forty days after the assassination of former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, millions of Iranians have taken to the streets in Tehran and cities across the country for mass mourning rallies.

The demonstrations come amid rising tensions following the newly announced ceasefire, which Iranian officials say has already been undermined by Israeli attacks on Lebanon and reported drone incursions into Iranian airspace.
