Emotional intelligence? I really don't like that term. Emotions aren't intelligent. They are the antithesis of intelligence. Emotions by their very nature are reactive and unthinking. Emotional people are easy to manipulate and be made to dance like a puppet. There's a reason men were taught to control their emotions. If you don't control them they will control you.
