Here's an interesting little vid from WALES. Pual Henshaw does old bike Rustorations on YT, but he pointed this out on video about the welsh Leader "MARK-(IST) FAKEFRAUD's blamket coverage o0n Welsh roads of the 20 mph speed limit. Watchging this video these signs are even appearing on Bridle path's, Roads and tracks signed NOT suitable for motor vehicles because of the poor condition and then also no speed sign is placed to warn you when you leave such area's! LOL!
