He is tying the Ruble directly to gold. 2000 Rubles per gram. That will cause countries to flock to Russia's viewpoint, and say fuck the U.S. fiat dollar. Putin may be one of Clause Schwab's graduates, but he is not above thumbing his nose at parts of "the agenda".
I don't know all the in's and out's of all the intrigues of all the issues, but the western lock step shit fits, and the western media, etc., ARE all pathological liars, thieves and criminals; and yet Putin comes across as being sincere.
