A delegation from the UK, which holds the UN Security Council presidency this month, has blocked a Ukrainian priest from addressing the world body.

The clergyman was stripped of his Ukrainian citizenship and is now being endorsed by Moscow, which wants him to brief the UN about Kiev's crackdown on the Orthodox Church.
