After many months.... I don't think it was the kid that was actually singing it....
It's a woman in a studio who has a young-ish sounding voice, who sings professionally and it's done with multilayering to make it sound thicker, at different pitches and tones, to make it seem like a group of children are singing it - because the multiple tracks are ever so slightly out of phase - and I would dare to say it was sung at a LOW SPEED with a LOW PITCH, because technically - it's a HARD song to sing... with the timing, speed and breathing, and then they copy pasted the verses in, to the timing of the beat and then sped it up with some pitch correction, to keep it at a slightly lower than average octave than the usual woman....
It's a heavily crafted technical assembly....
But it's very well done.
And the kiddy - Sabrina Carpenter - she is only lip synching - the words "Party Pop" - the rest of the time, she is dancing...

Why did I analyse this song - because I am figuring out how to sing it.
Studying the dance moves.... I have just noticed something - like the 10th time around..... Carpenter and the other kids are not actually singing.... SHE only opens her mouth to say, "Party Pop" and nothing else....
When translating - there are errors - from Hungarian to English - in the song and it also has "funny made up words" apparently - that don't work in the translator.
