What was that clear liquid added towards the end before steaming? Oil?

How long did she steam it for? Needs translation or video description recipe notes.

It's vinegar - it flashes up as subtitles, but if your watching the food, instead of the screen, it's easy to miss because it only comes on for a second or three. The cooking time is in there as well.
