I don't know.... I think good healthy food - minus all the gimmicks and special additives....
Then there are the lotions and potions and enhancers etc..
It's like people who take pills to stop being fat.
Well they didn't take pills to get fat.
And the best advice, is if the Dr wants to start prescribing this shit for you, leave the doctor.
I think the idea that beyond adequate rest, exercise and nutrition, if your taking enhancements to be better than human, or than what you naturally are, then it's probably a bad idea.
