Keep in mind here that what you consider bad behavior isn't what someone else will. Regardless of what someone else around thinks or feels. How that other person is acting towards you or around you is unacceptable. And it is your space and while you might have to tolerate the person in the crowd in your territory you don't and you're within your rights to demand better behavior from that person or remove them
