A judge steps in and overturns a guilty verdict handed down by a jury. The judge refuses to let an innocent woman be found guilty at the hands of a lying officer. He then tells the prosecutor to go right ahead and appeal this case to a higher court and take this lying officer’s testimony with you! Big SHOUT OUT to judge Fred Schott for not accepting the prosecutor, the jury and the lying officer to ruin this woman’s record and life. I guarantee you if we had more judges like this we wouldn’t have the problems we have in the criminal justice system!!
