Over the decades, many words have been written about the nature of the Russia-Türkiye relationship, but perhaps it can be described with just one – contradictory. On the one hand, Türkiye is supplying Ukraine with weapons, but on the other, its business with Russia is booming. Türkiye is a NATO member, yet it has purchased Russian-made missile defense systems. How has Türkiye managed to balance its relations? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Tudor Onea, assistant professor in the Department of International Relations at Bilkent University.
