My guess is to make it so the average American male has never had any combat training or exposure and is defenseless against the private armies the government will replace them with. Just a hunch.
Exited after 15.5 yrs. Agreed, the leadership had disappeared. It was a brown nose competition. The woke bs was also making service unbearable. The Enlisted Promotion Program (EPP) was a super soldier career killer
On a sidenote the best two word definition of leadership I ever heard of is "follow me".
When I was in Army when they were pushing the anthrax new shot when growing up on Farm as kid we had to get what I called the 7 year shots7-14 years of age! So I was exempt which pissed off a First Sargent that I had pass on this poke! When the Doctor told him I already had the 7 year plane shots for it and never again!
