Why Older Men Are Staying Single- It’s Not What You Think

As MEN mature nd age they don't need all thew BULLSHIT a women brings. He just wants peace and peace od mind. Older MEN ALONE are far from Lonbely. To a women an older MAN living alone in her mind is flawed, bnut the truth is far from that assumption. Because as women age BADLY they assume MEN do as well, Well some MEN do age badly but generally being the logical thinking Gender MEN actually fair much better than women amd women project their aging failure onto MEN and say WE are lonely simply because that's how a women thinks, always in the negative. As an older but I guess mentally Young MAN (Not immature young), I'm thriving I'm looking after my health, I've lost 5.5 Stones in weight (not sure what that is in US pounds? but in Stones to kilo's Ive gone from 17.5 stone approx 112kg I think? Dowen to 12 Stone about 76 kg. it's taken about 18 month's and I gfee fighting fit and I've had to change my complete wardrobe of clothing to smaller sizes. From a 46in waist down to a 36/38 waist and boy does it feel great. Lot's of things physically that were failing have repaired and function far better, Mentally as well. What did I do? Well basically a few basic lifestyle changes. I never smoked or drank, or took drug's out side of precription types. I did basic exercise such as walking to the shops rather than driving, a walk around the park as the day begin'e cutting out CRAP eating, now I eat fruit, veg low fat but some meat like chicken minus the fatty skin is fine, pork is OK, No sugary shit, and odd as it may sound I have added jusat a little Salt that is of no harm to you. I drink Apple Cider vinegar in small doses and I enjoy Lemon water and Lemon aand flavoured green tea's with no dairy. It's my normal function now and I have lost a massive amount of BULK and weight. this all came about with AGE believe it or not, just waking up to the time I have left, hopefully a few years like a decade or more left. So as that well known James Brown song goes "I feel good" and I KNEW that I would! lol! i hope this inspires not just you older guy's but younger one's as well as it will work for you as well. Peace
