A Norwegian company has withdrawn its proposed AI data center in the Philippines after a heated community meeting ended with its main investor, Daniel Robertson, storming out.

Residents raised concerns over the facility’s electricity and water requirements and its potential environmental impact.

During the confrontation, Robertson insisted he was financially stable and was not pursuing the project for profit before telling critics: ‘If you don't have brain, just f**k away.’
