Why Are People Taking So Many Videos

I’m guessing you came across MAC TV’s videos, hahaha. I actually met him at his bar on Soi 7 in Pattaya. He’s a nice guy, not a bad person—just someone who realized that England would probably never give him what Thailand gave him. Living in Pattaya or Bangkok can eventually become repetitive, but Thailand has so much more to offer if you’re willing to leave the usual tourist areas and explore quieter, more local places.

Thailand is a fascinating country, yet many tourists spend their entire holiday in Pattaya without seeing anything else. I have a friend who spends three months a year in Thailand because of his job, but he mainly goes back and forth between go-go bars and nightlife venues. He has been visiting for five years and has never even seen the Sanctuary of Truth in Pattaya, despite it being an incredible wooden monument. I genuinely don’t understand that mentality, haha.

I’ve also seen Western men traveling with their Western girlfriends, and sometimes you can almost read the disappointment on their faces after seeing the Thai women around them. Some men even end up divorcing after discovering Thailand. Personally, however, I’m not someone who stops visiting a place simply because it has changed. I enjoy nostalgia and finding traces of the past in small details, because I believe that the little things are what truly bring happiness.

For MAC TV’s generation and mine, Thailand is attractive for many different reasons. In many ways, living there is becoming more appealing than remaining in the West, where the cost of living keeps rising while the quality of life often seems to decline. Thailand can offer a more enjoyable lifestyle, a warmer social atmosphere, and opportunities that are becoming increasingly difficult to find in Europe.

Personally, Asian women are the women I’m most attracted to. Like everyone, they have flaws, and some of those flaws are even things I dislike more than certain traits I’ve encountered among Western or African women. But when I look at the overall picture, I feel that they are women with whom you can build beautiful relationships, share meaningful experiences, and create lasting memories.
