@mrghoster: I read most of the writing here that you have done.... In terms of many things, the PENCIL TO PAPER therapy, is really hard to beat. I had to type and type and type - endless amounts of text - like 10 pages, 15 pages and even 20 pages, of "She (35) was doing this, so I did that, then her mother (82) went and, so instead of and" and on and on and on and on these fucking GOD AWFUL tales went... It got to the point where it was SO bad, even I could not stand to read it.... AND of course everyone I emailed them too - stopped reading them along time ago... as they should have... "But the "Oh woe is me" and my bleeding heart bullshit" ------- She who shall not be named...... ANYWAY..... After some 9 months of writing large amounts of almost daily drivel.... I finally could not stand the shit I had written any more... and just stopped... NOW if there is a legitimate issue, I might need to write a few lines to outline the issues, and then 1/3 to maybe 1/2 a page of bulletted points... and then a line or two of summary and possible action... I can see that the more you write, the more of the poison your clarifying and exorcising........ So all these videos - I have seen a few of them, with lots of women in them.... I think it's better for me to only watch one a week.... All the men who are new to this or are progressing along the path - these videos are an excellent education.....
