The U.S. Congress is holding its annual "Days of Remembrance," a taxpayer-funded event mandated by Public Law 96-388 to commemorate the Holocaust. Criticism is mounting over the event's exclusive focus, which purposely excludes other genocide victims from the same WWII era.
