A Russian soldier has managed amusion with his confusion by asking ‘who the f*** is Stoltenberg? Some kind of rapper?’ in response to the NATO chief’s statement that 98% of the weapons promised to Kiev have been delivered.

NATO is an organization that should've died with the USSR. Ukraine is a really long distance from the Atlantic Ocean.

@GenerationLESS: NATO is used by the globalists in the US as a vehicle to execute their plans for world domination. Look at Iraq, Libya, etc : all countries without a central bank before the NATO invasion
