This is awesome looking forward to your new better life. Just made it back to Europe after being in America for 7 days. There's just such a bad ignorant energy there. Stayed in my the hotel the whole time. Did my required in person office meeting that white woman and Indians dominated then bolted. 13k mile round trip for this non sense that can be done on Zoom.

It's good that the menu is short and simple..... I am too stupid too cope with 55 different items and 22 drinks.
A short garden hose - say about a meter or so - so it comes just into the bucket and a tap fitting - will help you get your buckets filled for mopping the floor, without lots of splashing and shit - getting onto the walls.
You still need a spatter guard behind the griller under the fume hood...
Once the fat and shit gets into the Besser (concrete) bricks - it's almost impossible to get out.
