US targets Houthi positions in Yemen after missiles fired into Red Sea region

A US military airfield in north-eastern Syria was reportedly hit by a missile strike. Several strong explosions were heard, and a thick cloud of smoke billowed out of the site.
Meanwhile, Washington has said it's striking facilities controlled by Houthi fighters in Yemen, in response to the Houthi group firing anti-ship ballistic missiles toward the Red Sea.
A representative of the Yemeni diaspora in Syria Adel Hadad says that Yemen is not violating international law with its support for Palestine.
