US, Spanish, Czech citizens detained over alleged plot to kill Maduro - Venezuelan Interior Minister

Venezuela's Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello claims that 3 American, 2 Spanish, and 1 Czech nationals were arrested over an alleged plot to 'assassinate' President Maduro and other officials.
