US bashes Russia while denying ICC mandate

A meeting between a top UN children's representative and the Russian inspector for children's rights has left the US angry – claiming it shouldn't have gone ahead as the latter is wanted by the International Criminal Court. But the thing is – Washington itself is at odds with the court. Caleb Maupin brings us more.
