I was right. I just checked, it's big tech owned, there's no point in signing up on the app. They require the user to sign in through Google or Facebook big red flags everyone should pay attention to. I will still listen through the guest part of the app, but this could still doxx ppl if your podcast becomes popular enough.

@KenDelrican : how weird. it wouldn't allow me to do that. ill have to check it again. but i forgot to mention the way it could doxx ppl it has to do with what kind of following you have on your podcast but it also has to do with if you are using an VPN on your phone which may or may not work because the app handles that information. but i will go back and check it out see if it will work with pronton mail

@KenDelrican : oh you were right you can use another email. they just have an special hookup with facebook and gmail. i don't trust big tech as you can tell. they are always trying to require the user to have an gmail or an facebook account to sign up on most platforms, i remember when my job were trying to require me to have a facebook account. i made sure to do what ever i could to avoid it, they can email me the old fashioned way. anyway i'm listening to your podcast from the 19th.
