UK supplies Ukraine with long-range weapons, Kiev uses them against civilians in LPR

The UK was the first country to pledge deliveries of long-range weapons to Ukraine. As soon as they arrived in early May, Kiev was quick to put them to practice attacking residential buildings and civilian infrastructure in Lugansk. RT's Roman Kosarev breaks down this latest development.
