I hope you do revive skate boarding Tim Fool... I was a skaterboy before the skaterboy became a phenomenon and we got the Avril Lavigne "Sk8terboi" song.
I'm an old enough horn player in America to remember when the vast majority of brass instruments for Elementary through College education to pro, had an engraving on the bell that said "Elkhart Indiana". That is because back then the USA had effective trade agreements and, at least for many saxophones, the parts were made in France, and then they were shipped to Elkhart Indiana for assembly. This is when this was still a great place to live and work.
