Truck cab catches fire after high-speed chase north of Los Angeles

California Highway Patrol units pursued the cab of a truck that was reported stolen from Kern County. The driver refused to yield to law enforcement, but at one point the cab drove over a spike strip and became engulfed in flames. The driver surrendered to the police.
