Tropical cyclone leaves 13 dead, households destroyed in Rio Grande do Sul

At least 13 people were killed in Brazil after a heavy tropical cyclone struck the region. Thousands were also affected in the Rio Grande do Sul region. Streets were seen submerged, with many buildings and vehicles damaged in the aftermath of the storm.
