Arrrgggghhhhh

The wisdom of hindsight.....

I get the issue of elaborating all the issues.... These are learning lessons.

But in real life - Keep the conversation very, very, very, short.

"Pack your bags."

"Why?"

"Your moving out - right now - you have 10 minutes."

Grab her house keys, and push her out the front door, and then tell her, "Don't come back".

Kick them out and let them fend for themselves. It's tough love but sometimes that's what's needed. Enabling them won't help anything especially the person in question.

I'm so glad I grew up poor it taught me true value. I call that a middle class mind set. Being working class when I started interacting with people from the middle class. Most, not all, we're so entitled while also being hopelessly naive.

I grew up a little rocky, my family grew up in middle, lost it all, gained it all back, and rebuilt what we earned. so I'm an ok breed XD

@TheRedKnight: Sounds like you learned the value of work. On a sidenote that had to be rough.

@Councilof1: yes, I began working at 14 (2002) and haven't stopped since, :) yes we have gone through some hard struggles, bankruptcy, parents almost divorced 2x, but we really really stuck together, I've had to support the family several times, I'm talking giving my parents my check for bills and food while I took an allowance on what I earned. :P yeah but we are doing goodd now :)
