He is not good - he is extremely lucky.
I am even more pissy about people on much larger bikes going real fast in very built up areas / heavy traffic.
I don't mind if people speed a bit - especially on long cross country trips and it's reasonable for the conditions... where you just have to eat up the miles and don't have the time to fuck around.
But where they are going way too fast and it's going to kill and or injure innocent by standers - fuck them - 12 gauge pump action shot gun - summary execution on the spot.

The video was sped up indeed. Estimating from the rear tire, this was a 125 or 250cc bike, so quite light. As such, her weight slowed him down, and also the police bike caught up very fast when opening his throttle. She probably had the ride of a lifetime, with all those speedbumps. Entertaining, but stupid as well.
