It's the (vegetable AND heat-treated) fats and oils that are the problem. Which turn into saturated fats.

@Alpha Male Lifestyle: FAT = ENERGY and a little bit of deviancy is OK.... as in fry up the skins in a tiny bit of butter until crispy and a pinch of salt and pepper or other seasoning... OR cook up the skins - in a slow boil... and then add your vegetables and add a little something to thicken it... chicken and vegetable soup... @Alpha Male Lifestyle: I think I became a FOOD WHORE - staring at the pretty pictures of meals going, "Oh that loos so good!" - after many episodes of "Hmmm what will we have for dinner tonight? Roast potatoes, fried potatoes, baked potatoes, boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, potato salad with potato dressing etc? And what will we have for breakfast? Hmmmm fried potatoe, steamed potatoe etc.. for 3 weeks running....

@Alpha Male Lifestyle: You can also SLOW ROAST quite well in a frying pan with a lid or a covering of some sort.. like a plate or a bowl.... AND a bit of chicken fat is good food, where as me and my lack of activity and eating too much CHEESE - well you want to know why I am OBESE... because I did what it took to become this way... and I have choices... Time to improve too.

@Alpha Male Lifestyle: If you want a good companion - the women at the night clubs are no good... but these women at the market - well you can ask them to show you how they like to cook chicken... even pay them for 2 or 3 different recipies.... for the meat, ingredients and their time....
