Things are not copacetic in Philadelphia

I don't know what it is that they are all taking, but assuming it's Fentanyl, I ONLY was ever given that ONCE in a heart operation... and the dose was exceedingly small... I think for my weight and size it was 120 milligrams, and they kind of wanted me sedated and pain free, but still awake... I fell asleep anyway... and after the operation, I woke up and I was not intoxicated, dizzy, hanging out, or had any cravings.... I thought "Medically speaking, this is a brilliant drug, fantastic - have your dose, out like a light, times up, wake up, as sharp as a tack with no hang over or sedated groggy feeling". It's a brilliant drug. But in terms of abuse, and larger than medical doses - recereational use... No idea. AND becomming a sitting duck for anyone and anything - cause your so out of it on this shit, is not my idea of "fun".

@Councilof1: I told some other people that I saw this video with junkies in it, and they were like "living corpses" - like dead people out of a mass grave, but standing up....

@Councilof1: Fuck - it's a ghastly look and so many of them...... Should they all be cleanly killed off..... Just end it quickly.
