Or, perhaps it was more like a drug Circle, these people did drugs LOL I don't know, obviously was like some sort of military town, but it's possible some people were doing some drugs it's maybe possible there was some Satan worship in there who knows.

Sounds like a lot of mismanagement, or possibly people quit for some reason and a lot of information was destroyed, and they just don't realize where their power is being sent to, also the fact that nobody's living there anyway, turning off the power might have been some kind of redundant issue where it was left on because the installations at the time were very old and it wasn't the kind of thing that they could turn off remotely, they would have to send somebody up there to do that from like some sort of physical location, and so they just decided not to go up there because nobody uses it anyway, but I suppose if somebody did move in there and just started using a fuckload of power out of nowhere they would probably find the location and shut it down, but because nobody's using it, there's no need or Reason to turn it off so they just leave it on. Which is kind of funny cuz if you ever wanted to leave society and live out in the fucking butt fuck nowhere or wherever this is, you could, you have free electricity you just wouldn't have much else you wouldn't have community, unless you like brought your community with you then I suppose you could bring your community, and that way you can live your life the way you want and you get this free electricity, he basically live like the Amish except electricity, you wouldn't be subject to all the laws because nobody knew you were there except for you and your buddies.
