@04:39:15 Holy shit. I checked online to verify whether the divorce laws in China are being fixed and it seems to check out. It could be bullshit, but I don't think it is since I checked various unrelated sites & in two languages (Spanish & English). It might be legit. If it is, this might be 'the thing'..... China might experience a surge of prosperity, stability & a rise in its fertility rate. Other nations will definitely notice this, especially the increased fertility rate. Those nations are likely going to emulate the chinese model and boom goes the domino effect.
I hope it is indeed legit but I am a bit skeptical. It sounds too good to be true. Ahem, in divorce;
-- Property will be awarded based on who paid for it, regardless of who's name it was under.
-- Parents will have equal rights & responsibilities for/toward their children after divorce. Defined as 'equal custody', unless very extreme circumstances are present.
-- Any/all forms of 'alimony' will be massively reduced and will very rarely be awarded regardless of any difference in earning capability between the man & woman after the divorce.
-- 'Marital rape' (& other similar BS "crimes") will either not exist at all or will be defaulted to some kind of spousal dispute for which temporary separation or estrangement will be the call rather than penal charges/prosecution/prison.
-- Etc.
When I read the list on various sites I kept thinking "This has to be a hoax. There's no way all of this would happen at once and so wonderfully." I firmly believe anything that seems too good to be true, is a scam. We will see.
